Heather Casper, Curator of Education at the Minnesota Marine Art Museum, coordinated Family Art Day this year, and she brought ingenuity, hard work, and good cheer to the event! River Arts Alliance is grateful for her immeasurable talent and contributions!

RAA thanks the City of Winona, Park and Recreation Department for their continued partnership and support.

This event was made possible through an Arts and Culture grant from the Southeast Minnesota Arts Council and contributions from WNB Financial and Merchants Bank. Because of their financial support, this event was free and open to all.
