Films for Bike Month

In collaboration with the Live Well Winona and Winona County PartnerSHIP, Frozen River Film Festival will be offering a set of short, bike-related films to celebrate Bike Month.

Free, and open to the public, this is a family-friendly event. In addition to the films, there will be FREE POPCORN.
