Stop into the Winona Visitor Center for the first "Second Saturday" celebration! The Color Winona themed event will include coloring contests for children and adults with prizes. Coloring book artists Julie Johnston, Julia Crozier, and Toni Ambrosen will be signing, and there will be an informal talk about their process at 1pm. River Arts Alliance will also be there to talk about the organization & upcoming events. There will be discounts on select Winona and MN merchandise, and more!
