Hey, lovers of poetry, and especially of the Sonnet form! Prithee place this on your calendar for Saturday, July 30:

All are invited to assemble at 11:00 AM in WSU’s Stark Hall-Miller Auditorium, to share in the announcement, and reading, of the 2016 Sonnet Contest winners. At 10:30 AM, coffee and treats will be provided by Blooming Grounds, along with the music of Flutistry. Readings will be by members of the GRSF theatre company, as well as winning poets who may attend.

We have it on good authority, that of this year’s Laureates as judges, that Sonnet submissions are particularly well-written. Also, rumor has it that door prizes in the form of books of poetry will enrich the reading of some lucky attendees. See you then!
