2018 Frozen River Film Festival

February 7 – 11 | Various Locations

This year’s festival begins with film presentations at Saint Mary’s University on Wednesday and Thursday at 6:30pm. Frozen Friday will feature special events around downtown Winona and at MMAM. Then Saturday and Sunday will be filled with films, starting on Saturday morning at the Winona 7, continuing Saturday afternoon through Sunday afternoon at Winona State University. The festival closes on Sunday at 6pm with the Awards Ceremony at the Winona County History Center (no ticket required).
