Auditions for “The Nutcracker” Ballet at MCA

On Saturday, September 8th, Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts (MCA) welcomes all dancers aged 5 years – adult to our free auditions for our upcoming biennial performances of “The Nutcracker” ballet. Younger dancers should expect auditions to last approximately one hour, with older dancers expecting at least 2 hours.

• Beginning times for auditions:
  5-6 year olds – 3pm
  7-9 year olds – 3:45pm
  10+ years – 4:45pm
• Auditions will be held at Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts’ home, the Valencia Arts Center, 1164 W. 10th Street, Winona, MN.
• The Nutcracker will be performed Nov. 28-Dec. 2 @ Saint Mary’s University’s Page Theatre. Tickets will be available at page.smumn.edu.
