Bluff Country Studio Art Tour is seeking applications for experienced or emerging artists to participate in the 2021 Bluff Country Studio Art Tour being held April 23-25, 2021. This spring time self-guided studio tour is celebrating it’s 20th year of showcasing the talented artists of the SE Minnesota’s Driftless Region.
