DESCRIPTION:Saturday | September 10 | 10 am – 1 pm\nValencia Arts Center | 1164 W Howard (10th) St.\nmca.smumn.edu \nThe Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts (MCA) invites young dancers\, ages 5-13 to audition for our children’s dance concert\, Movie Mania: Take 2 on Saturday\, September 10 from 10am-1pm (doors open at 9:30am). We will audition dancers interested in tap\, ballet\, pre-ballet\, hip hop\, contemporary and musical theatre. Dancers are not required to prepare their own pieces\, as MCA artistic staff will lead them in dance phrases during the audition. Performances will take place on December 2 and 3 at MCA. Learn more.

DESCRIPTION:Winona Arts Center | 228 E 5th St.\nwinonaarts.org \nRichard Spiller\, a local potter from Wisconsin\, will offer a pinch pot class on September 10 at the Winona Arts Center. Using small balls of clay\, the students will use their natural ability to seize and grasp to form small vessels. The cost is $30 per person and payment is required prior to the class. Learn more.
