Mustafa (Ali Sulman)\, a Palestinian construction worker\, lives in the West Bank\, a mere 200 meters from his wife and children in Israel. Though eligible for an Israeli ID\, Mustafa instead chooses to use his work permit to visit them daily. The arrangement is functional until one day his son has been injured and brought to an Israeli hospital.
