DESCRIPTION:Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts | 1164 W 10th St.\nlinktr.ee/jamieschwaba \nDriftless Past & Present is a visual art exhibit held at MN Conservatory for the Arts (MCA)\, August 19 through September 27. All pieces were created by Winona artist\, Jamie Schwaba. The art mediums & styles in the pieces exhibited will be vast\, featuring ink & watercolor\, oil pastels\, PanPastels\, and more created on surfaces including vintage atlas pages\, recipes\, & sheet music. The colorful exhibit will appeal to all ages & will be tied together by the common thread of being connected to the Driftless. The public is invited to meet and visit with the artist during a reception on August 22. There are also two free visual art workshops on September 7. Learn more.

This free\, annual event allows children of all ages and their families the opportunity to try out a variety of hands-on art activities at stations led by local artists.
