DESCRIPTION:August through December\, 2025 \nThe Winona Arts Center (228 E 5th Street) kicked off a Membership Drive at our annual meeting on August 20. The drive will go throughout the remainder of this year.  Please consider joining the WAC as a member as it helps us fund all of the movies\, concerts\, art classes\, and special events.  The membership has several benefits and we are offering a monthly drawing to new members for a free ticket to a concert or movie. \nYou may join by mailing a check to Winona Arts Center at 228 E 2nd St or by going online to winonaarts.org to pay with PayPal. \nOur membership rates as well as several categories for additional donations are on the website.  We are a 501C3 so all memberships and donations are tax deductible. \nWinona Arts Center is an organizational member of the River Arts Alliance. DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, Aug 23 |4:00\nMinnesota Conservatory of the Arts\n1164 W Howard St.\n\nIn partnership with MCA\, join us for a Pick Up Truck Operetta On Saturday\, August 23 at 4:00.  The performance will take place outside at the Minnesota Conservatory of the Arts.  If inclement weather\, the performance will be moved indoors.\n\nMixed Precipitation celebrates 17 years of outdoor summer fun. This year\, we’re revisiting one of our favorite productions\, The Return of King Idomeneo. First created in 2012\, this adaptation of Mozart’s 1781 opera Idomeneo\, re di Creta (Idomeneo\, King of Crete)\, was a breakout production for Mixed Precipitation and exemplified our playful and passionate outdoor performance style.  \nRESERVATIONS OPEN JUNE 15th  \nAll performances are offered for a suggested donation ($5 – $45). Painter Julia Crozier has reached back to acknowledge work her grandparents and parents have created\, and the daily influence of making things in the Veeder and Crozier households.
