DESCRIPTION:The Winona Arts Center is pleased to welcome Miranda Lomeli-O’Reilly who will teach beginner Watercolor Classes. Each class has a different lesson. The January 13 class “Foundations” is required for new students. The January 20 class will cover Color mixing & Reinforcement. Jan 27 is Application & Evergreens Workshop.
