Though eligible for an Israeli ID\, Mustafa instead chooses to use his work permit to visit them daily. The arrangement is functional until one day his son has been injured and brought to an Israeli hospital. The concert will take place in the outstanding acoustics of the Central Lutheran Church sanctuary. DESCRIPTION:Minnesota Marine Art Museum | 800 Riverview Dr.\nRegister Here \nThe artsXchange program\, a collaboration between River Arts Alliance (RAA) and the Minnesota Marine Art Museum (MMAM)\, continues on Thursday evening\, October 19\, with this event led by photographer and RAA member Pete Mutschler. \nTaking good pictures is easy these days. Creating great images is much harder\, but well within the reach of most people with a cell phone and a computer. For this workshop\, local photographer Pete Mutschler will walk you through the basics of where technology fits in your efforts to create great images and how you can use it to create your own style. Included in the program will be a discussion on how some of the great photographers in the past may have used technology and where tools\, such as those driven by artificial intelligence\, may lead us. To compete at the festival\, nine community tellers will be chosen during a Pre-Competition Screening on Tuesday\, Oct. 10. Tellers will have five minutes to tell a story of their choice. The best nine will be chosen from the screening to perform for the final competition on Saturday\, Oct. 14\, at 4 pm in the Page Theater at Saint Mary’s University. To compete at the festival\, nine community tellers will be chosen during a Pre-Competition Screening on Tuesday\, Oct. 10. Tellers will have five minutes to tell a story of their choice. The best nine will be chosen from the screening to perform for the final competition on Saturday\, Oct. 14\, at 4 pm in the Page Theater at Saint Mary’s University.
