If this is your first workshop\, you can purchase a packet of drawing supplies: a high-quality sketch book\, a drawing marker\, an Ebony drawing pencil\, and an art eraser\, from the Winona Arts Center for $25. DESCRIPTION:Reception: Sat\, Sept 6 | 9 am-Noon\nExhibit open until the end of September\nThe Station\n11369 Main Street\, Trempealeau\, WI \nView Colleen’s collection of Feathered Friends and More: A series of original oil paintings depicting messages birds might want to give us. Birders and Bird Fans will enjoy the variety of ways birds are portrayed and the impact on our lives. \nDuring the reception she will be demonstrating painting on site\, outside plein air if weather permits\, inside from a photo if it rains. She’ll also have dozens of unframed paintings of local interest available to purchase during the reception. Oil paintings featuring Trempealeau areas and from La Crosse to Winona. \nStop by The Station\, Saturday morning and enjoy a cup of coffee before a hike or treat yourself to some ice cream after you run errands while checking out the display. There will be live music. \nColleen’s collection of original paintings featuring Feathered Friends and More will be at The Station in Historic Downtown Trempealeau\, at 11369 Main Street until the end of September 2025. DESCRIPTION:August through December\, 2025 \nThe Winona Arts Center (228 E 5th Street) kicked off a Membership Drive at our annual meeting on August 20. The drive will go throughout the remainder of this year.  Please consider joining the WAC as a member as it helps us fund all of the movies\, concerts\, art classes\, and special events.  The membership has several benefits and we are offering a monthly drawing to new members for a free ticket to a concert or movie. \nYou may join by mailing a check to Winona Arts Center at 228 E 2nd St or by going online to winonaarts.org to pay with PayPal. \nOur membership rates as well as several categories for additional donations are on the website.  We are a 501C3 so all memberships and donations are tax deductible. \nWinona Arts Center is an organizational member of the River Arts Alliance.
