This free event is a casual gathering open to current RAA members and non-members alike. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from the Acoustic Café’s regular menu. No registration is required. \nA brief program beginning at 5 pm will include announcements from RAA leaders and an opportunity for attendees to introduce themselves. Upcoming RAA events will be highlighted\, including the RAA Annual Members’ Exhibition at Blue Heron Coffeehouse (Tuesday\, June 24) and the companion Musicians’ Showcase at Peter’s Biergarten. We’ll also touch on RAA’s presence during the upcoming Mid West Music Fest (Saturday\, May 10). DESCRIPTION:Applications for the FY 2026 Minnesota State Arts Board Creative Individuals grant program are due Friday\, March 7. All application materials must be submitted to\, and accepted by\, the online WebGrants system before 4:30 p.m. on deadline day. Grantees may use funds to support their creative practice and meaningfully connect to and engage with audiences\, participants\, students\, and/or communities during the grant period. \nIf you plan to apply in this program and have not yet registered for or logged in to your WebGrants account\, plan to do so as soon as possible. New registrants will receive a user ID and password within 1-2 business days of registering. \nThis pilot program provides support to help individual artists and culture bearers develop or sustain their creative practices and meaningfully engage with Minnesotans.  \nProgram overview and application instructions\nFY 2026 Creative Individuals Program Overview and Application Instructions—All applicants should read this document thoroughly before beginning an online application. \n  \nApplication deadline\nMarch 7\, 2025\, before 4:30 p.m. \n\nWhen will funds be awarded?\nGrant awards will be approved at the November 2025 board meeting.
