This is an opportunity for exploration and renewal in the presence of ageless bell sounds. Joan Filla is a local physician who was introduced to Tibetan singing bowls while recovering from long standing trauma. Singing bowls and meditation became an integral part of her journey and she hopes to share these powerful tools with others. The event is limited to 40 attendees. Pre-registration is required.
