A free-will offering will be accepted at the door to offset expenses. Directed by Dr. Janet Heukeshoven\, the Winona Brass Band is celebrating their 30th year of entertaining area audiences. The free concert will be held in the beautiful St. Cecilia Theatre at 4:00 pm on Sunday\, November 5th. The concert will feature selections celebrating the British musical tradition. Dr. Janet Heukeshoven\, the ensemble’s founding director\, returns to the podium this year.
