DESCRIPTION:Trempealeau National Wildlife Refuge | W28488 Refuge Road | Trempealeau\, WI \nAll are invited to meet and watch area artists create at a multi-day plein air painting event in the Trempealeau National Wildlife Refuge and at Elmaro Vineyard and Winery this coming June. On Saturday\, June 1 from 7:30-11 am\, artists will be painting along the trails in the Refuge. A luncheon and opportunity to meet the artists will take place from 11:30 am-1 pm at the Outdoor Wonders Learning Center. Related events will take place at Elmaro throughout the month of June. \nAmong the 16 participating artists\, seven are members of River Arts Alliance: Linda Klabo\, Linda Arnesen\, Colleen Shore\, Betsy Midthun\, Faye Schoen\, Jean Mueller and Jamie Schwaba. This event is sponsored by the Friends of Trempealeau Refuge and made possible through donations from the Michael Owecke Memorial Fund. Learn more.
