I am a graphic artist and screen printer with a love for all things handmade. Before my recent move back to the Winona area, I worked as a graphic designer in the Twin Cities, cofounded a shared design workspace / print gallery in St. Paul, exhibited in a number of poster art shows, and designed gig posters.
The printing process is just as important to me as the ideas behind the work. There is something very satisfying about carrying through an idea from sketch form to physical object – as a printed piece. Tally Mark Press is a place for me to make multiples of my ideas. I make art prints, gig posters, greeting cards, and the occasional t-shirt.
I have BFA’s from both St. Olaf College (Studio Arts) and The College of Visual Arts (Graphic Design) and studied graphic design on an exchange with the Hochschule Für Angewandte Wissenschaft und Kunst Hildesheim.
