Proposed By-Laws
The River Arts Alliance met last Tuesday, November 9, at 7:00 p.m in the Wenonah Room of City Hall. We continued to discuss the proposed organization by-laws. Below is a copy of the latest version of the by-laws. Please review them and suggest any changes.
