Can your patrons and adoring fans find you online? If you want to learn more about how you, your organization or artistic work can be discovered online then this program is for you.
Join Jamie Schwaba, Managing Director of the Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts and recent Masters of Science in Adult Education and Continuing Education Leadership Graduate from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee as she shares her experiences and knowledge from academic research and the trenches as an arts administrator. Schwaba will provide easy action steps that can help you improve your SEO (Search Engine Optimization, which is a fancy way of explaining how a search terms rank and comes up on sites such as Google and Bing).
To help Schwaba gear her program to attendees interests and level of knowledge she invites attendees to fill out a quick 10-question survey.
The program will start at 6:00pm, it will be geared towards those in involved in the arts, but others are welcome as well. This event is free and open to the public. The program will be located at Valencia Arts Center, home to the Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts, located at 1164 W. 10th St., Winona, MN 55987 (main entrance by the circle drive off Vila St.).
Please join the River Arts Alliance for this Arts Schmooze (5:30-7:30pm) including pre & post program treats and the special opportunity to mingle with other community members involved in the arts.
