Join Matt Fluharty at the Outpost, a collaborative space at 119 E. 3rd St. The Outpost, the national headquarters of Art of the Rural, welcomes people from across disciplines and sectors to share their work, develop projects, and engage with the region. The Outpost will facilitate events, exhibits, and collaborations focused on the contemporary cultures, communities, and industry of Winona and the Upper Mississippi River region.
