Musical Theatre Improv Workshop

Members from the cast of Broadway’s Next Hit Musical will lead participants through improvisational exercises and games that illustrate the basic philosophy and rules of improvisation: Saying YES, Active listening, Making your partner look good…all the while HAVING FUN! Cast members will also introduce participants to the basics of musical improvisation. They’ll lead you through exercises in creating an improvised melody and lyrics as well as introduce techniques to improvisational rhyme.
This workshop is appropriate for participants high school age and up with some musical experience. Please note: registration is required – visit pagetheatre.org.
