Art is for everyone! Second Saturday is an exciting new program aimed at creating something for everyone at the Minnesota Marine Art Museum in Winona. Running every second Saturday March through October, this monthly event will offer $1 admission, art-making activities and guided tours. 

The first Second Saturday is March 10th. To coincide with Women’s History Month, the March theme will be “Women in Art.” Come hear music by Flutistry (an all-female flute ensemble performing at 11am and 3:30pm), engage with artist Mary Solberg (whose work is featured in the exhibition Water Portraits), and take a tour celebrating women artists on display in MMAM’s historic collections (such as Georgia O’Keeffe and Mary Cassatt).
