A viable art community cannot exist unless artists and art workers socialize. The eXperimental Art Research Terminal (XART), a very loosely structured and defrocked nonprofit organization, has encouraged Informal Art Forums as democratized gatherings with no one in charge at various bars and restaurants for years.
