Call for Artists: Winona Poster Project

Visit Winona and River Arts Alliance are pleased to announce the NEW Winona Poster Project 2019. This annual poster project will highlight a local artist and design promoting the beauty and charm of our area each year. To enter this juried competition, artists must live/work within a 60-mile radius of Winona, MN and have experience in printmaking, painting or mixed media in a graphic style.
