Capstone Event for the HBC Art Project

The HBC Fence at the Levee Park

River Arts Alliance and the City of Winona will be hosting a capstone event for the HBC Fence Art Project to celebrate the project being completed. RAA and Chad Ubl will briefly explain the project and acknowledge participants. A poem written by Ken McCullough dedicated to the arts will be recited by Ken. Refreshments will be served, everyone welcome!
