The Fine Arts Commission will recognize the 2019 Fine Arts Commission Award recipients and Grants awardees and our new Creative Laureate at a special Holiday Reception with light food, cash bar, and live music from the Wabasha Street Trio. The following are being honored: Sarah Johnson, Creative Laureate; 2019 FAC Award winners: Mary Farrell, Mid West Music Festival, Larry and Colleen Wolner and the Blue Heron Coffeehouse; 2020 FAC Grants winners: Maria Anholzer, Mary Farrell, Patrick O’Shea, Sharon Mansur.

The City of Winona is a partner of the River Arts Alliance.
