The City of Winona, WINONArts, the Boathouse Restaurant, and Winona entrepreneur Alisha Christiano are teaming together to return a holiday tradition to Winona: the Winona Holiday Market.

Like the wonderful European and Metropolitan style Christmas Markets in major cities, the Winona Holiday Market will feature twenty one of a kind artisan vendors from all over the region, each with a tempting stocking stuffer or unique gift item sure to make your friends and family thrilled to open on that special day. From exquisite holiday baked goods, to handmade clothing, to ornaments, to fine jewelry- The Winona Holiday Market brings shop local and small to the great outdoors.

And speaking of outdoors, the Winona Holiday Market will feature the return of the popular Park and Recreation feature in Winona: The Levee Park Ice Skating Rink. The Rink will be open throughout the Winter season, weather permitting, and if all goes well will have its initial skate during the Market. Skating will be first come first served, subject to space on the ice, and free of charge. BYOS, bring your own skates, please. There will also be food trucks, hot crepes by Jean Luc, and special hot beverages thanks to the Boathouse Restaurant.

What better time to come to Winona, share the season with family and friends, and celebrate our community during the height of the Holiday Season- and grab some wonderful gifts too! Winona Holiday Market 2019 will be a picture postcard way to spend your weekend on the banks of the Mississippi River. Saturday December 14th 12-4pm at Levee Park Plaza Winona, Where Main Street Meets the Mississippi.
