BACKGROUND

SHIFT~ a performance salon, started in 2016 by Sharon Mansur, is an informal and intimate interdisciplinary creative platform primarily for Winona area female, BIPOC and/or Queer artists. SHIFT~ encourages artists to test out ideas, experiment, engage audiences in conversation, and further the development of contemporary art practices in our community. SHIFT~ supports creativity, collaboration and innovation, and making those processes accessible through public performance and engagement.
