Acrylic Painting Class with Barb Halvorson at WAC

The Winona Arts Center at 228 E 5th Street is offering an Acrylic Painting class by Barb Halvorson on Saturday, October 5 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
She will teach a unique project where we will paint on an actual leaf using acrylics. We will be taught the method to preserve leaves for a lifetime and how to frame and mat the leaf that was maintained by Ray Halvorson. All materials are provided. Class includes a worksheet and colored photo. Mats for displaying will be available for purchase.
Class fee is $40 for WAC members and $45 for non-members. Beginners to adults are welcome – no experience necessary.
Payments can be made to the Winona Arts Center and mailed/dropped off at 228 E 5th Street, Winona, MN 55987.
