Community Storytelling Competition: Pre-Competition Screening

The Sandbar Storytelling Festival (SSF) is adding a new and improved event to their festival this year, a Community Storytelling Competition. To compete at the festival, nine community tellers will be chosen during a Pre-Competition Screening on Tuesday, Oct. 10. Tellers will have five minutes to tell a story of their choice. The best nine will be chosen from the screening to perform for the final competition on Saturday, Oct. 14, at 4 pm in the Page Theater at Saint Mary’s University.
