Café Congo presents “From America to Japan” Concert

River Arts Alliance members Heidi Bryant (flute) and Frank Bures (clarinet) will be featured performers in a special concert benefiting the Winona International Friendship Association (WIFA). Proceeds will support the Winona area students’ trip to Misato, Japan in April. Learn more.
