Creating Your Own Spirit Journey Doll

Join Cheri Bunker and Create your own Spirit Journey Doll at the Winona Arts Center April 11, from 12:30pm to 3:30pm. We will begin with a guided meditation to connect with your Spirit: Who are they? What do they represent? Your Spirit Doll’s limbs and body will be crafted from beautiful tree branches gathered in the Driftless Area. Embellish your Spirit Dolls with botanicals, stones, shells, fabrics, and found elements. Molded air-dried clay faces or pre-painted kiln-fired clay faces designed by artist Lyn Belisle will be available. Finish your doll with flowing fiber hair and adornments that reflect dolls essence. Class Fee: $55 Members, $60 non-members. All supplies are provided. No experience is necessary—just come, explore, and enjoy! To reserve your spot, register with Jen at jsbenson50+WAC@gmail.com .
