Sunday Afternoon at the Lafayette – Flute and Piano

Join us for an afternoon of lovely flute and piano music and delightful cocktails and mocktails at the best cocktail bar in Minnesota, the Lafayette in Winona!

Flutist Heidi Bryant and pianist Lisa Douglas will open with a set of tango style music by Astor Piazzolla.

Pianist Meredith Mihm will join Heidi for the second set which will bring back (by popular demand) Claude Bolling’s “Suite for Flute and Jazz Piano.” Along with a bit of Debussy, we’re calling this the “French Set” in honor of Lafayette. ; )

Lisa Douglas will return for a final set of jazz and American music – from Gershwin to Mancini.
