The River Arts Alliance board is an advisory board made up of 5-11 volunteers. During their two-year term, each board member is asked to serve on one or more committees and work on community outreach and arts promotion.
The board meets on the second Monday of the month at noon in the Misato Room in the Winona City Hall building. Meetings are open to the public. Past meeting minutes are available to RAA members on request, by contacting the Arts Administrator.
