The Overlook Plaza Project seeks to honor and reflect on the fortitude and resilience of the Indigenous people connected to the Upper Mississippi River Valley. This visual art will create awareness, education, and understanding of the importance of this region to our past, present, and future, and the bond created for all who are drawn to this unique place.
