The Winona Arts Center is excited to host a Family Drawing & Painting Tropical Fish Art Class with Richard Spiller on Saturday, October 26 from 10:00 am-2:00 pm. Join us in drawing and painting Tropical Fish using 2 different size formats: 18” x 24” or 12” x 18”. You pick the shapes and colors. Class Fee: $30 for WAC members and $35 for non-members.
