Winona Arts Center welcomes back Barb Halvorson on March 28, 2026 from 10am to 2pm for an Oil Painting Class. We will learn to paint a beautiful Cardinal on a 11 x 14 Canvas. Barb will demonstrate and teach oil painting techniques. Class fee is $35 for Members and $40 non-members. All materials included. Beginners to Adult painters are welcome.
