The next art show at the Blue Heron Coffeehouse will be As Seen through My Eyes – Oil Paintings by Diane Foster, running from August 21 through September 30. Diane says, “This show includes a variety of paintings – landscapes, many of which are rural and local, figures, still lifes, buildings, vehicles – whatever especially caught my eye. I think part of what makes an artist’s style unique to them is the subjects that catch their attention and make them want to share that vision with the rest of the world. In my previous life, I was a computer systems analyst for many years working mainly with accountants.
