Winona Arts Center | 228 E 5th St.
Theatre du Mississippi is thrilled to invite you to a special evening at the Winona Arts Center featuring a remarkable solo stage adaptation by Paul Barnes, founding Producing Director of Winona’s Great River Shakespeare Festival. Join us for a captivating performance of Paul for Pete: Politics. Theatre. Life. One Man’s Adventures (or, How I Became a Septuagenarian Fanboy), taking place at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, July 17th. In this heartfelt memoir brought to life on stage, Paul Barnes shares his extraordinary journey from despair to hope during the tumultuous 2020 elections. Through vivid storytelling, Barnes recounts his directing escapades across America, his evolution from political novice to accomplished campaign fundraiser, and a profound personal experience that forever altered his path.
