The Winona Brass Band is preparing for a holiday-themed concert to be held on Sunday, December 10th at 2:00 pm. The concert will take place in the lovely St. Cecilia Hall on the Cotter High School campus at 1124 West Wabasha Street, Winona. The concert is free, and all are welcome to attend. A free-will offering will be accepted at the door to offset expenses. Directed by Dr. Janet Heukeshoven, the Winona Brass Band is celebrating their 30th year of entertaining area audiences.
