Winona Arts Center welcomes Betsy Midthun for the Pleasure of Pastel Painting. Pastel is an immensely satisfying medium and is ideal for beginners. Participants will paint two small paintings that will focus on values, shapes, layout, and design, the importance of lights and darks and, of course, color. No experience needed.
