The Care and Handling of Art
Every effort will be made to carefully handle the artwork. If damage or deterioration is noted, every reasonable effort will be made to notify the Lender immediately.

Insurance
Artwork loaned for the exhibition will NOT be insured. Artists should provide their own insurance. The lender should provide a sale price, if the piece is for sale.

Receiving and Releasing Loans (Shipping)
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing between the Lender (artist) and River Arts Alliance, the Lender is responsible for covering the cost of, and arranging for, the packing, crating and transporting of the loaned objects to and from the premises of the Coffeehouse.

Sale of Artwork
All sales will be handled by the artist or their representative. It will be up to the artist to make all arrangements regarding this transaction. If your work is for sale, you agree to have your contact info made public in the Coffeehouse. Blue Heron Coffeehouse or RAA will not handle any sales. All sold work should remain in the show until the end date. An exception can be made if the artist sells a work that is taken down, and the artist then immediately replaces the work with one of a similar size. In this case Anne Plummer should be notified as soon as possible so the label can be updated.
