Trees a Crowd – John Durfey Exhibit

John Durfey’s new exhibit, Trees a Crowd, starts Saturday, Feb. 6 and ends Feb. 28th, 2016 at the Red Horse Gallery, 116 S. Main St. in Fountain City, Wisconsin. It will include a few early works as well as recent ones.

Using different media and techniques: pastel, spray paint, charcoal, acrylic, gold leaf, on paper, canvas, and masonite he explores the nature of trees. "I often think of a tree as a metaphor for life. They are so common to our landscape, yet are so inspiring to me. I invite all you tree lovers to attend and have some fun." ~ John Durfey

The Februrary 6th opening starts at 7:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served. Come and join the "crowd," meet the artist, and admire his interpretations!
