2021 RAA Member Exhibit and Showcase

In order to continue to offer its members an opportunity to showcase their work while respecting social distancing and COVID concerns, the 2021 River Arts Alliance Member Exhibit and Showcase has gone online.

This new format allows all RAA members to be included. The exhibit, which has been held at the Blue Heron Coffeehouse and Watkins Gallery in the past, has only allowed visual artists the opportunity to showcase one work of art. In the new format, all members are able to present their art—writers, musicians, filmmakers, and dancers join our visual artists. Members are also able to present up to three pieces representative of their work.

The exhibit is presented in the form of an online book. Each artist has their own spread which showcases their work. Many include links to videos which extend the experience beyond the bounds of the virtually printed page.

RAA members featured in the 2021 Members Exhibit and Showcase are: Linda Arnesen, Art By M, Heidi Bryant, Ruth and Frank Bures, Julia Crozier, Billy Curmano, Emilio DeGrazia, John Durfey, Joan Einsman, Mary Farrell, Gary Flynn, Mary Forney, Virginia Huber, Margaret Johnson, Julie Johnston, Terri Karsten, Ray Kiihne, Linda Klabo, Robert Long, Scott Lowery, Sharon Mansur, Ken McCullough, Betsy Midthun, Jean Mueller, Christie Nicklay, Seho Park, Gregory Peterson, Kathleen Peterson, Anne Plummer, Jack Rumpel, Teresa Schumaker, Kay Shaw, Mary Singer, Carol Slade, Catherine Tuggle, and Anna VanDemark.

We invite you to take a stroll through the 2021 RAA Member Exhibit and Showcase by visiting: www.riverartsalliance.org/member-exhibit/.

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through grants from the Minnesota State Arts Board thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts & cultural heritage fund.

This annual event is open to all River Arts Alliance members, as a benefit of membership. If you haven’t joined us yet—as an artist, arts organization, or supporter—visit riverartsalliance.org/membership/ and become a member today!
