The Winona Arts Center presents a concert by Layne Yost dedicated to the music of John Denver. The music of John Denver is timeless and well known. Yost’s “Tribute to the Music of John Denver” is a faithful tribute that pays homage to the music and the man. Layne’s got a John Denver voice, all sweet and pure.

Yost, accompanied by Jon Shimoda, and Carol McDowall capture the simple soul of Denver’s music through guitar, upright bass and fiddle arrangements. Woven within the music are stories that give insight into Denver’s life and legacy. A wonderful show, which will take you back and remind you of simple things that remain true.

Tickets $15 in advance at Hardt’s Music & Audio or Common Market, Galesville or $18 at the door. Tickets may be purchased at EventBrite.com. Reservations are suggested.  All ticket sales are final.
