The Highpoint Artists’ Cooperative, located at 912 West Lake Street in Minneapolis, unites a wide range of artists into a single space of stimulation, conviviality, and creativity. Current members of the Co-op include recent college graduates, full- and part-time artists, as well as active and retired educators. The works in this exhibit are from the 32nd semi-annual cooperative exhibition and celebrate this collective diversity with a multitude of original works on paper.
In addition to the Print Cooperative, Highpoint offers educational and community programs for all ages in printmaking, a visiting artists program—local, national and international in scope—through which invited artists create original prints under guidance and support of a Master Printer, and a gallery that enables visitors to view exhibitions of local, national, and international prints. Most work is offered for sale to the public.
The Winona Arts Center is located at 228 East 5th Street in Winona. The gallery is open free to the public on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4-7 pm and Fridays from 3-6 pm, or by appointment. For more information contact Mary Coughlan at 608-525-0050.
