Thanks to a generous grant from Aroha Philanthropies Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts was able to offer community members ages 55+ the opportunity to learn more about the ways of watercolor paint during an 8-week course taught by local teaching artist, Brianna Haupt.
The community is invited to a celebration and opening of the exhibit (details above), where they can meet and greet the artists, walk through the exhibit and enjoy treats. Visitors will love the variety of techniques represented from wet on wet to still life paintings. Community members unable to attend the open house can view the exhibit throughout the month of November during business hours and when ever programming is happening.
