Choral Arts Ensemble and GRSF Present “When Love Speaks …” Oct. 29
Sunday | October 29 | 3 pm
Central Lutheran Church | 259 W Wabasha St.
On Sunday, October 29 at 3 pm, the Choral Arts Ensemble of Rochester will sing all manner of songs about love — true, unrequited, at-first-sight, mature, star-crossed, selfless, lost, or just silly — in collaboration with Great River Shakespeare Festival actors, led by their artistic director Doug Scholz-Carlson. The concert will take place in the outstanding acoustics of the Central Lutheran Church sanctuary (259 W Wabasha St.).
The musical offerings, representing a kaleidoscope of romantic love, will be complemented by equally varied romantic scenes, speeches, and poems delivered by the superb GRSF actors, now celebrating their 20th season of professional theater. Learn more about GRSF at GRSF.org.
Tickets for this unique performance are $30 for adults and $10 for students and are available online or at the event.
